I shared with you in my Instagram stories an Indian dhal recipe that I improvised. It was so good that I wanted to make an article !
Personally, I love Indian cuisine that is full of scents and colors. Sometimes we think that some foreign cuisines are hard to make. However, the Internet is full of ideas and tips to give a little originality to his meals. So, do not hesitate any longer!
Indian dhal recipe of white beans
1 white onion
1 jar of white beans (about 400g)
1 brick of soy cream (or coconut milk)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon of curry
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Wash and grate the zucchini. Reserve.
Peel and slice the onion.
Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Brown the onion with the spices.
Add half of the zucchini. Mix well.
Pour the white beans and lower the heat over medium power.
Finish with the soy cream and simmer the dahl.
Cook basmati rice separately.
Once the stew is ready, add the rest of the zucchini to get some crunch in the preparation.
Serve the dhal with the rice and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
