Vinesime, the brand that celebrates grapes

Vinesime is a brand that I discovered during the Victoires de la Beauté. I like to test brands that use the ingredients that Nature offers us and Vinesime is inspired by the vine to create its products.

Vinesime : the brand

Vinesime highlights the Bourgogne region and the richness of its terroir through a line of cosmetics that draws its assets from the richness of the vine. Thanks to a partnership between the chosen domains, their research teams and the University of Bourgogne, Vinesime has developed unique processes to obtain the most concentrated extracts in active molecules. The active ingredients extracted from the vine will have an action on the protection of the skin against the signs of age.

The brand also offers Spa protocols in hotels, some luxury bed & breakfast, institutes and urban spas.

The products are available for sale on their e-shop and in some partner locations.

Two ranges have been developed by Vinesime :

  • the Pinot Noir range which consists of both face and body skincare, and
  • the Chardonnay range which includes products for body and hair care.

Vinesime : my test

The first product I tested is Chardonnay Moisturizing Body Milk (19€) which is a body cream enriched with shea butter. Its texture is light and silky. When I open the tube, it’s like opening a bottle of Chardonnay ! The hydrating body milk contains a millesimal extract of Chardonnay “Le Clos” with anti-oxidant properties. The product is formulated with 0% parabens, 0% phenoxyethanol and 0% dye.

It is this product that has been awarded by the Victoires de la Beauté and I understand why. Its fruity and very fresh perfume provides a moment of relaxation and immediate well-being. Its fluid texture is quickly absorbed by the skin without leaving a greasy film. In addition, its moisturizing effect is immediate and will bring comfort for several hours to the skin. It is a real pleasure to use it everyday and above all brings a touch of drunkenness while remaining sober !

The second product I put on the test bench is the Pinot Noir Intense Moisturizing Mask (8.90€). It is a Lyocell mask, resulting from the transformation of wood into cellulose fibers which, in addition to being natural, allows a perfect adhesion to the contours of the face. This mask is rich in a moisturizing serum composed of a formula based on anti-aging active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and Pinot Noir extract, as well as moisturizing actives with aquaderm and an aloe-vera gel. . Personally, I really like using cellulose masks for their ultra-fresh sensation and glow boost they provide. The one from Vinesime will deeply moisturize my skin and give it a good boost in this gray period of the year. With the many changes between indoor and outdoor, I sometimes feel discomfort and using this mask, it’s as if my skin was plumped completely.

I learned that the active ingredient of Vinesime Pinot Noir is a concentrate of polyphenols, from very old vines located in Gevrey-Chambertin. They put their immune system at the service of beauty. I find it beautiful to magnify what Nature gives us and how we can work in synergy with it.
