This blue dream, the song that doesn’t have the same title in English aka “A whole new world”, one of my favorite Disney songs. And if I had to reveal to you a little secret, it would be that I was in love with Aladdin (and I think I still do!). Blue is a color that appeases me, inspires me and I wanted to put it in the spotlight with spring time.
This blue dream: the skater dress
I pulled out one of my favorite dresses from last summer. A few years ago, I would have never dared to wear a dress with a cut on the stomach but I tried and I love it! The key is self-confidence.
This dress is one of those pieces that I love because well structured, fitted at the top of the body with the marked waist that highlights the figure. Then, the skater skirt brings movement and this pin-up side that totally defines me! It can be worn with both heels, flat shoes, sandals or wedges for a feminine version. With a pair of sneakersl like Converse All Star or Stan Smith for a look a little more rock.
A trench or a fitted jacket and you are dressed for spring in the color of the sky!
This blue dream: princess jewelry
Straight out of the ocean, the first ring is silver paved with aquamarines and two large aquamarines that reveal all the richness of this stone. The second, more Rococo is a ring with a round cabochon in aquamarine surrounded by smaller aquamarines.
The silver necklace, delicate and light, brings light to the dress. The play of the rib-knit rings and the transparency of opaque and milky glass pave stones give sophistication and play with their geometry.
The clip earrings respond to the movement of the necklace with these arcs of circles. The turquoises catch the eye and bring a touch of magic to the whole. The two drops of moonstone recall the transparency of the stones of the necklace.
The brooch is made of Murano blown glass, blue, like the sky that honors us right now. He brings this touch of fantasy that I like a lot.
And you, what outfits inspire you the color blue?
