After the Naked Skin concealer, I’m taking a ride with the powder foundation  from the same range.

I must admit I’m not into powder foundation but by reading Paule MK blog, I wanted to give it ago.

Today, I’m talking about the Naked Skin – Ultra Definition Powder Foundation by Urban Decay. I chosed the shade Light Neutral. This is one of the lighter shades of the range with pink under tones that match my natural skin tone.

The packaging is compact and lightweight – I expected that it will be heavier! This product can be perfect for carring around your handbag if we want to do som touch up throughout the day.

This powder foundation has a light and silky texture and it’s very pleasant when it’s in contact with the skin. The product offers an adjustable coverage all in transparency. I must admit that it’s always my concern with powder foundations: the caky effect. With the Naked Skin, you don’t have to worry about. The powder is creamy and blends very easily on the skin. You choose where you need to work your complexion.

The Naked Skin has a very accurate name because it’s a product that offers a natural coverage and naked skin effect.

The formula contains the HPP technology (Highlighter Performing Pigments) that guarantee a natural and flawless complexion with smart pigments that leave a radiance look to the face while blurring the smal imperfections for a smooth finish.

I used this in two ways: either alone or combined with a liquid foundation (tinted moisturizer, BB/CC cream or traditional liquid foundation). On its own, it’s perfect for a 2 minutes make-up with a quick perfecting action. Combined, it provides additional coverage while slightly mattifying the skin (T zone).

The lasting powder of the product is good – except during the very high heat of last week. Any makeup is melting! However, the formula is very comfortable during the day and do not choke the skin.
